Preparing for Shipment
This means we’re currently processing and packing the goods for you.
Orders will be processed at CST12:00 from Monday to Friday, and subsequent orders will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive an email in 24Hrs to let you know we received your order, please reconfirm your order information. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with a tracking number of the shipment.
In order to better serve our customers, we will fulfill the order according to the confirmation email information and deliver the goods within 1-3 business days.
If the information is incomplete and cannot be shipped/out of stock, we will contact you to replace the product. If the product cannot be replaced within 5 days, we will remove the product or cancel your order with a full refund.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it from your account. Go to Orders' page and click the "Cancel This Order" link.
